Sometimes the job is a piece of software: accounts, uploads, a payment, something that has to work for thousands of strangers on hardware you do not control. That is a different discipline from building pages, and it is one we do.
CrocLinks is ours end to end — designed, built, hosted and supported here. It records your screen and turns the recording into a link you can send. Desktop apps for Mac and Windows, user accounts, file storage, billing, the lot. We built it because we needed it; it is also the honest answer to “can you build something custom?”

A WordPress site is a dozen plugins from a dozen strangers, each needing an update, each one a way in. Most of the sites we are asked to rescue are broken for exactly that reason.
Starting Point is our own platform, so the pieces people normally bolt on are simply part of it: pages and a blog, enquiry forms, bookings and a diary, members, a shop, several languages, an AI assistant that answers from your own pages, and a Listen button that reads any page aloud. Nothing to keep patched, and it loads in well under a second.
