Before we became a web designer, we spent 15 years as a teacher. Training is not an afterthought for us. We know how to explain technical concepts in plain language, at a pace that works for you, and we make sure you are comfortable before we move on.
What We Cover
WordPress training. How to log in, add and edit pages and posts, upload images, manage menus, use Gravity Forms, and handle basic formatting. We tailor the session to the specific features your website uses.
ShoutFast CMS training. How to update page content, manage blog posts, and use the content management features of your ShoutFast website.
SEO basics. How to write effective page titles and meta descriptions, use headings properly, and understand what Google looks for when ranking pages.
Content management best practices. How to keep your website fresh, the importance of regular updates, and simple strategies for maintaining your online presence.
How Training Works
Training is available in person in Newton Abbot, by video call, or by phone. Sessions are typically one hour and focus on the specific tasks you need to perform. We provide written notes and are always available for follow-up questions at no extra charge.
Every website project includes an initial training session. Additional training sessions are available whenever you need them.

Additional training sessions: from £50 per session.
We also provide informal support by phone and WhatsApp at no charge for quick questions. Many of our clients find that a combination of the initial training plus occasional quick queries is all they need.
